Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 Apple peeled and chopped,
2 Tablespoon Curd,
2-3 Almonds,
1 Cup Milk,
2 Tablespoon Honey,
1 Pinch cardamom (or Cinnamon powder),
1-2 ice cubes.
Instructions:
First add apple,curd,half cup milk,almonds in blender.blend until smooth paste.
Now add another half cup milk, honey and mix it well.Transfer it in serving glass.
Cool smoothie before serving.Add pinch of Cinnamon or cardamom before serving.Add 1-2 ice cubes as per your choice.Add honey if needed.Serve chill.
